The NSW Seniors Week Local Achievement Awards are just one way the NSW Government is recognising seniors in the lead up to 2015 NSW Seniors Week, which is being held from 14 – 22 March.

An estimated 250,000 seniors are expected to attend more than 1,000 local events throughout the state during the week.

The activities support the objectives of the NSW Ageing Strategy, which was launched to support the health and wellbeing of seniors.
