Following the resounding success of the $100 Active Kids rebate, a new $100 Creative Kids rebate will allow school children to experience cultural and learning activities outside of school.
From early 2019, parents will be able to access both the $100 Active Kids voucher and the $100 Creative Kids Rebate each year for every school-aged child.
“These rebates are all about easing the cost of living for parents and giving our kids the opportunities to learn new skills and make new friendships outside of school,” said Stuart Ayres.
Rebecca Liu-Brennan, Principal of PAWS Studios said “There is a wealth of talent in the Penrith community and this rebate will help many of our families.”
The Creative Kids Rebate can be put towards the cost of registration, participation or tuition fees for creative and cultural activities such as music lessons, language classes, coding and digital, visual and performing arts.
Parents will be able to access the rebate online or in person at a Service NSW centre.
More information about the rebate, including the eligibility criteria and providers, will be available in the coming months.
